Looking at tomorrow, we often rush forward. Thinking of what has to be done, where we need to be and when. We often rush into the the day.

Imagine a set of roaring rapids flowing out in front of you. Your heart starts to race, your muscles tighten, your eyes widen as you take in the sight in front of you. You have rushed in, you may be in over your head. This could be disastrous.

Take a look at the photo for today…it exudes calm, peace. A slow meandering river. I found this in Animal Kingdom in the middle of the bustle and hustle and people.

“Your journey has the Lords approval.”

We need Him involved in our day, in our plans, in our journey. The only way to accomplish this is to go to Him. First, before, your day starts. No only first, but continually during the day. Then, as you look out on your day, thru His eyes and with His grace it will not be so daunting.

The rapids smooth out before you and the smooth glass like river welcomes you to go with the flow He provides.

Bring you requests, your plans, your worries to Him, trusting Him to smooth the journey before you.
